guilherme almeida is a graduate of electronic engineering from the aeronautics institute of technology. he is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from the iese business school of the university of navarra. he began his career at boston consulting group (bcg) and joined enjoei in 2018. he took office as chief financial officer in 2019 and led the company’s ipo in 2020. he served as the company’s strategic planning officer in 2021, but became the chief financial and investor relations officer in october of the same year.
angela ferrante holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences from centro universitário fundação santo andré and a mba in business management from fundação getúlio vargas (fgv). with over 30 years of experience and a diversified career that includes working in companies from different economic activities such as retail technology, cinema media, advertising and publicity and civil construction, she has acquired vast experience in financial management with deep knowledge of ipo processes, strategic planning and p&l management, as well as human resources management.

fernando biancardi cirne is graduated in engineering from the university of são paulo, with mba from ibmec. he spent part of his career at the publisher editora abril, where he started as a trainee, developed the whole sales operation and subscription service and served as marketing director and e-business director. at locaweb he served as cmo, general director of the retail unit and since march 2018 he has been president of the group. he is responsible for ‘be online’, saas and commerce operations. under his management, locaweb carried out an IPO process (ticker lwsa3), follow on and more than 15 company acquisitions. fernando is also a mentor and ambassador for endeavor.
Mr. Renato Feitosa Rique is the founder of Aliansce Shopping Centers and is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of said company. He is a graduate of Economics from Universidade Candido Mendes and has been working in the shopping mall industry since 1983. He was the President of the Brazilian Association of Shopping Malls (ABRASCE) and Chairman and Vice-President of the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro. In addition, Mr. Renato was the founder and chair of the Newton Rique Institute, a project focused on the social inclusion of adolescents.

He is the chair of the board of directors of Sequoia Transportes e Logística S.A. and Lojas União 1A99 S.A., and a board member of Pet Center Comercio e Participações S.A. and GetNinjas S.A. He was the principal of Warburg Pincus LLC. from 2012 to 2020. Previously, he headed up BR Partners’s private equity area and worked at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Mr. Gregory Reider is a cum laude graduate of Economics from Yale University.
Mr. Alexandre Silveira Dias is a founding partner of São Pedro Capital, an independent alternative asset manager. Alexandre was a partner and member of the Investment Committee at Victoria Capital Partners, an independent private equity firm focused on South America. With 30 years of professional career, he has held CEO positions in a lot of companies such as Google in Brazil and DIRECTV in Argentina, Peru and Uruguay, in addition to Anhanguera Educacional – today part of Cogna Educação. He worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and served on several boards as Chairman and Director, including Damásio, Elemidia, Oncoclínicas and Qualicorp. He is currently President of the Board of Directors of Positivo Tecnologia and Member of the Board of Directors of Aliansce Sonae and Magnopus. Alexandre is a civil engineer, graduated from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) in 1993 and received his MBA from “The Anderson School of Management at UCLA”. Mr. Alexandre has not been subject, in the last 5 years, to any criminal conviction, or conviction in an administrative proceeding of the CVM and the applicable penalties, or, however, to any final and unappealable conviction, in the judicial or administrative sphere, which has suspended or disqualified from the practice of any professional or commercial activity, and declares that he is not considered a person politically exposed, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 301, of April 16, 1999, as amended.
